1. Who we are

Go Ball is a marketplace operated for recreational football in Abuja, Nigeria. We connect players with sessions run by independent organisers at vetted venues. These terms govern your use of the Go Ball website and services.

2. Booking and payment

When you book a spot you agree to pay the listed price in Nigerian Naira up front through our payment processor, Paystack. A booking is only confirmed once payment succeeds. Prices are set by the organiser and shown before you pay.

3. Refunds and cancellations

Each session shows its refund policy. By default, you receive a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before kickoff. If a session is cancelled by the organiser or does not meet its minimum player count, you are refunded in full. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paystack.

4. Your conduct

You agree to turn up on time, follow venue and organiser rules, and behave respectfully toward other players and staff. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, charge back legitimate payments, or behave unsafely at venues.

5. Organisers and venues

Sessions are run by independent organisers at independent venues. Go Ball verifies organisers and venues during a curated pilot but is not the operator of the game. Organisers are responsible for running the session as described.

6. Liability

Recreational football carries inherent physical risk. You take part at your own risk. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Go Ball is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in a session.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date below, and continued use of Go Ball after a change means you accept the updated terms.
