Refund Policy

Go Ball holds your payment until the game is confirmed. Our default policy is simple and fair:

• Cancel 24h+ before kickoff: full refund to your original payment method.
• Game cancelled: full automatic refund.
• Minimum players not reached: the game is called off and everyone is refunded in full.
• Late cancellation (<24h): refunds follow the policy shown on each game.

Every game page shows its specific refund terms before you pay, so you always know where you stand.
